Woman Arrested In Hit and Run - Always A Sad Story

Kerrville police arrested a woman Friday in a fatal hit and run.  Holli Gale Trejo of Center Point was charged with manslaughter and was being held in Kerr County jail in lieu of 15k bail.

 

Police said she hit and killed Debra Zapata, who was riding her bicycle Wednesday evening on the shoulder of the 4600 block of Texas 27
