Man Loses His Federal Court Appeal

A man condemned for killing a woman in 2001 and linked to the slayings of two  young girls seven years earlier has lost a federal court appeal.

Following his arrest for Rosado’s death, DNA tied him to then unsolved murders of  Sarah Gonzales and Priscilla Almarez, The girls left a friends home on an afternoon in December 1994.  The next day they were found strangled and dumped along a road.

Tras su arresto por muerte de Rosado, ADN había atado le entonces asesinatos no resueltos de Sarah Gonzales y Priscilla Almarez, la izquierda de las niñas una casa de amigos en una tarde en diciembre de 1994. Al día siguiente se encontraron estrangulada y arrojada a lo largo de una carretera.
