Woman Charged In Dog Dragging - Our Local Blog

Joseph Aguilera • Sep 01, 2012

A woman arrested in June after being accused of dragging her dog behind her truck and killing it was indicted tuesday on a charge of cruelty to animals.

If convicted, herlinda trigo would normally face up to two years in state jail.  But prosecutors indicated they might ask for a deadly weapon finding that in addition to previous felony drug conviction, could result in a maximum punishment of up to 20 years

Crazy story, but she still deserves the best criminal defense she can afford.  I offer payment plans and can post bail.  If you need an experienced criminal lawyer in San Antonio call me at (210)227-6425.
