Stabbings Are Gang Related - Destroying communities

What police called a gang related fight at a sports bar left at least two people with stab wounds early Friday.

Police aren’t sure why the fight broke out at Sparkys Sports Bar and Grill in the 1900 block of Southwest Military Drive at 1:40am. The battle started inside the bar before security kicked the combatants out, one person told police. At least two men were stabbed with what a witness said were broken beer bottles.

The victims were taken to University Hospital in stable condition. It’s a sad day when emotions go from a fist fight to murder.
