Man Wanted For Poteet Murder - Read About Local News

Authorities have released the name of a man accused of shooting and killing another man in Poteet last week.
Jay Daniel Guerra is being held in Atascosa County Jail on one count of murder. A judge set bail at $1 million dollars. Guerra was arrested Saturday one day after Poteet police believe he fatally shot emillo Villa.
A former Poteet resident who was living in Houston, Villa was in town visiting his girlfriend when he was shot. The slaying is believed to be gang related.
