Man Admits Running Over Girlfriends Head

He’s sentenced to 50 year term in plea bargain.  Armando Charles ended his murder trial Thursday by pleading guilty in exchange for a 50 year sentence for running over the girlfriends head last august.

Had charles 51 not accepted the plea bargain he  could have faced life in prison if the jury hearing testimony this week had found him guilty.

Prosecutors report that Charles initially rejected the plea bargain before the case went to trial Monday but reconsidered as the trial progressed.

The gruesome event:

The body of Diana Conde was found on the side of New Laredo Highway with a partially flattened head, according to a Bexar County medical examiners office report.  The charges allege he ran over Diana because of a verbal argument.

El cuerpo de Diana Conde se encontró en el lado de la carretera de Nuevo Laredo con la cabeza parcialmente aplanada, de acuerdo con un informe de Oficina de médicos forenses de condado de Bexar. Las acusaciones alegan que corrió sobre Diana debido a una discusión verbal.
