Joseph Aguilera • Oct 01, 2011

Former Judson High School Athletic booster club president Edward Hernandez is charged with felony theft of more than $7,000 from the volunteer organization.  This last year was the first year that the booster club was unable to offer scholarships to Judson high school seniors. Judson ISD police chief reports.

The district learned of the missing funds when the Judson High School football coach couldn’t withdraw money from the club’s account.  Coach Jim Rackley went to make a withdrawal out of the account and the account was frozen.  Judson ISD police and the Bexar County district attorney ’s office conducted a joint investigation

To be blunt, Mr. Hernandez can’t let this go to trial.  He needs to hire a San Antonio criminal lawyer with experience in these types of cases.  Experienced in felony theft defense can help you take prison off the table!
