No Indictment in Child Porn Charge

Joseph Aguilera • Jan 19, 2013

A Bexar County grand jury last month declined to indict a man who was arrested in April on charges of possession of child pornography.  Carlos Alberto Martinez was no billed on the third degree felony charge.

The action means the jurors didn’t believe there was enough evidence to go to trial.  Martinez was originally arrested after a 22 year old woman told police she’d had a physical relationship with him.

Child pornography charges do more than just put you behind bars.  Coworkers, friends and family members will all turn their back on you.  The only option you have is to fight.

In addition to being an experienced San Antonio pornography lawyer, I can post bond up to 4 million dollars.  Don’t pay a bondsman for something I can do for free when you retain me.  Call 210-227-6425 if you are under investigation or have been arrested for any kind of sex crime.
