LULAC Chief Charged With Voter Fraud

Joseph Aguilera • May 23, 2020

Complaints of voter fraud and forged signatures are common in South Texas communities and the problem is beginning to hit home.

Forged signatures in a failed recall effort of New Braunfels City Council Member led to the arrest of David A Martinez, the president of the local chapter of the league of United Latin American Citizens “LULAC”

The Texas Rangers have investigated and determine there is evidence suggesting David Martinez and LULAC may have committed voter fraud by forging signatures on ballots.

Him and LULAC face many years in jail, thousands in fines plus years of embarrassment.  The bigger concern here should be LULAC’s involvement in New Braunfels politics and who their funding sources are.
